LOTE (Languages other than English)

• Languages currently offered are, Spanish, Italian, Spoken Arabic (Lebanese dialect), Modern Standard Arabic, Chinese, French and German
  

• LOTE are generally offered at 8 major levels ranging from Beginner to Proficiency. These courses have varied time schedules and are usually offered two or three times per week. They run over a period of two or three months and we offer 4 to 5 sessions per year.

        Our courses correspond to the 8 International House levels and the 6 Common European
        Framework levels A1 to C2

• LOTE Placement tests are adminstered to prospective students to determine their level (in the selected language).
  
  
• Transripts and grades are provided to trainees at the end of each course.
  
  
• Certificates of Completion are provided upon successful completion of each level and cite both IH and CEF levels.
  
  
• Our instructors are certified with years of teaching experience.  Through the use of the most up-to-date methods and books, they make sure that all courses are well structured and enjoyable.  Lessons are always planned to be stimulating and to maximize your language ability.
